[pwc] led issue at the startup on QuickCam Zoom

Hello,

The PWC driver works fine with my Logitech QuickCam Zoom webcam (usb 
product ID: 046d:08b4), except for the led at the startup : the led 
remains turned on until I open and close the video device. Is it a bug ?

Moreover, setpwc -k0 gives "Error while doing ioctl VIDIOCPWCGLED: 
Broken pipe" but maybe it's normal because PWC API precises that  
VIDIOCPWCSLED / VIDIOCPWCGLED is "Only supported by ToUCam series (730 
to 750)".
