[pwc] Installing PWC ??

Hi.

On my server, I want to install PWC.

I have downloaded the last PWC files, and would run a make on them, but
I'm having problems.
I want to install PWC on my server, that is a Clarckconnect.
The cc's below refer to Clarkconnect.

[root at mail ~]# cd /opt/pwc-10.0.11/
[root at mail pwc-10.0.11]# make
make -C /lib/modules/2.6.9-28.cc/build SUBDIRS=/opt/pwc-10.0.11 modules
make: *** /lib/modules/2.6.9-28.cc/build: No such file or directory.  Stop.
make: *** [all] Error 2

[root at mail opt]# cd libpwc-20060106
[root at mail libpwc-20060106]# make
rm -f libpwc.o pwc-dec23.o pwc-kiara.o pwc-timon.o
cc -c -g -Wall libpwc.c pwc-dec23.c pwc-kiara.c pwc-timon.c
make: cc: Command not found
make: *** [libpwc.a] Error 127

How do I get rid of the errors ?
