[pwc] about spc900nc shutter speed

Dear All,

Hi, I am a linux user. I am using pwc as the driver for spc900nc. Can I fix 
the shutter speed of the webcam like window one? I want to have a faster 
shutter speed in order to reduce the shaking of the webcam. I've try setpwc 
, but it got no effect while i use "webcam" (function in linux).
Help Please..............
