[pwc] PWC with v4l1 compatible layer

Hello,

the current pwc Driver works only if v4l 1 API is enabled,
but not with the v4l1 compatible layer?

I don't really understand because the Filename of the
snapshots suggest they support v4l2 API?

Is it possible to get it working with the API 1
compatible layer? Is the driver still under active
development?
