[pwc] pwc Kubuntu Hardy

That is the point,

Ubuntu hardy seems not to have this module precompiled. And I was not able
to find any package related to the module itself. I only found the setpwc
tool, which is important, but just after the module is loaded successfully.

Any ideas?
