If i remember well, some webcam has some issue depending of the order driver
is loader. If you have uvc driver , snd-usb-audio, try to change the order.
Perhaps you need uvc driver to be loaded (and detected) before the
snd-usb-audio ... or vice versa. One solution perhaps is to put the
uvc-driver into the kernel (no module), and snd-usb-audio in module ?

btw: this list is for older philips webcam, using the pwc driver, not the
uvc-linux
