[pwc] Fwd: Cannot compile pwc-v4l2-20090629-042701 (undeclared identifiers)

Thanks Luc, especially for your fast reply. What can you tell me about
the problem with Mplayer, Cheese, and just about every application? I
only saw my webcam work once with Empathy, and I don't recall what I
did before that :(
